Please complete the editable form fields and print. You may email to us for our review, if you wish. Then you will sign and mail these forms to Cheryl (see address below). She will submit the proper forms on your behalf, so that it is a quick and easy process when you arrive on island.

When you are ready to move forward and make your date a definite with Wedding Set Go, a non refundable deposit of $150 will be requested. A personalized itinerary confirming the details of your special day, will be sent to you. A second payment to bring your balance to 50% of the estimated charges is due one month before your ceremony. The balance is due on or before the wedding. Although changing circumstances (ship schedules, court schedules, etc.) may sometimes alter your original plan; your wedding is a sacred trust with Cheryl and she will do anything in her power to make it happen in the manner that is best for you.

We will send you a confirmation letter listing the services you have ordered, the date, times and cost, and what you will need for identification, etc. Please read this confirmation carefully. Sometimes the ships’ times don’t correspond to local times or perhaps there are different transportation arrangements for different members of the wedding party; we want to ensure everyone is working together.
Deposits for weddings that are cancelled are refundable (minus a service charge) up to two weeks prior to the wedding. Couples who fail to appear for their pickups are liable for the entire cost of the wedding.
